Junior Competition Registration

Your child must be a current member of the South Hawthorn Tennis Club to compete in this competition.

Please complete this form if you would like your child to play in the upcoming Junior Tennis Competition.

This application form will require approximately 3 minutes to complete. All playing members of the family can be recorded under the one form and the registration fee for each junior player is payable via credit card or Paypal.

All players need to be members of the club to register for the competition. Please have your membership number handy as you will need it to complete this application form. Your club membership number can be found on the top right side of your annual membership renewal notice. If your child is not a member, please visit the clubs website to apply at http://www.southhawthorntennisclub.com/membership. If you cannot find your membership number, please contact the junior convenor at juniorconvenor@southhawthorntennisclub.com .

If you are unavailable for 3 or more match dates you are not eligible for selection in a Junior team however you may register as an emergency with the Club.

The email address used in the registration process will be your key to accessing your registration information and subsequent competition correspondence.

Please use the same email address for all junior members of your family.
